Through Transposition the collaborating parties on the project will be closely linked with the Norwegian Embassy in Hanoi. Norwegian trade and industry is currently building relations in Vietnam; one area of high priority for us will be to create a dialogue between relevant businesses and concert activities. In December 2006 formal links were established with the Norwegian Consul in Hochiminh City; this contact will be developed with a view to involving trade and industry more actively in the project.
Ultima on its part will establish connections with Innovasjon Norge (Innovation Norway) and inform the institution of the opportunities for profiling Norwegian trade and industry offered by Transposition through a Vietnamese-Norwegian cultural collaboration in both countries.
